We assisted with the development of two successful award submissions, as well as the scripting and production of two films to showcase Transport for NSW Sydney Trains’ $3.6 billion Waratah Public Private Partnership (PPP). This video was a critical part of Sydney Trains’ submission to the 2014 Engineering Excellence Awards. The submission and video helped to secure this prestigious industry award for Project Management and increased national recognition of the Sydney Trains brand and the massive project.

This video was developed as part of a successful submission for the 2014 Engineering Excellence Awards. In this video we translated dense technological knowledge to layman’s language to help Sydney Trains’ communicate its unique Fleet Allocation Recording System (FARS) project to the judging panel. The winning submission and video (entered in the category of Controls & Communications) demonstrated the relevance of FARS and how this software transformed Sydney Trains’ operations to enhance the Sydney Trains’ customer experience.

Working closely with Sydney Water Corporate Public Affairs team, our consultants provided strategic communications advisory and resource support services for a significant corporate transformation program and flagship community consultation project.

This included development of Sydney Water’s Corporate Plan and supporting employee communications, as well as a community consultation and engagement campaign to support regulatory reform to better manage wet weather overflows. This involved development of workshops, social media strategy, media plan and messaging, as well as production of digital content (video) and media training for key spokespeople.
